EasyEquities is running a Valentine competition for the month of February, the month of Love, starting from 7 February to 28 February 2018. EasyEquities` new voucher site allows anyone, even non EasyEquities users/clients to purchase and send someone an EasyEquities voucher. The participants must purchase valentines voucher for someone and send it in the month of February 2018. We will randomly select from the group of recipients, one recipient and their respective sender, to each win R2500 (two thousand five hundred rand) worth of Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Disney shares. These will be equally weighted in value. The prize is not transferable. Vouchers that are sent and received by the same participant will not be entered into the draw.
How to enter
Participants must visit our new voucher site to purchase an EasyEquities Valentine Voucher for someone in the month of February. Once the Voucher is purchased and sent to a person of their choice, participants stand a chance to walk away with R2500 worth of Apple, Netflix, Disney and Amazon shares each. Participants will be randomly selected, the winners will each receive R2500 worth of Apple, Netflix, Disney and amazon shares along with their sender. The total prize will be R5000.
Eligibility
The competition is sponsored by EasyEquities and is open only to South African residents (i.e. both the purchaser/sender and the recipient of the vouchers must be resident in South Africa). The eligible winner will need to purchase an EasyEquities Valentines voucher in the month of February. Existing EasyEquities users/clients must be FICA compliant in order to be considered in the draw. Non-EasyEquities clients will be required to register and FICA an EasyEquities Account during the competition period in order to process the delivery of the prize.
Competition Period.
The competition period will run at 8h00 on 7 February 2018 and end at 17h00 on 28t February 2018 and the draw will be held on the 6th of March 2018. EasyEquities Accounts must be opened and FICA`d for non-EasyEquities users and FICA`d for EasyEquities users during the competition entry period.
Winners selection and notification
The winners will randomly be selected from the group of recipients and senders by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the competition entry period. One recipient and their sender will each receive R2500 worth of Apple, Netflix, Disney, Amazon shares each and the winners will be notified via e-mail or phone call.
Terms and Conditions
There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

EasyEquities reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of EasyEquities’ control. EasyEquities will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
EasyEquities is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party who is not a representative or authorised by EasyEquities connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The winner must be able to receive emails or phone call from EasyEquities and will need to register and FICA an EasyEquities account in order to use the R2500 to invest on EasyEquities. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material and has the right to decline the use of his/her image in our marketing material by notifying us via an email prior to the end of the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
